Plumbing

In case you thinking has this girl gone of her head. I haven't, not quite yet.  These pictures are part of what is going on in this household.

 PLUMBING.

Remind me if I ever think of doing anything like changing bathrooms ever again - NOT TO. Lol.  Dan is installing the toilet (it's 9pm) and it's got to be done tonight. He has been working in the bathroom all day. I feel really sorry for him. :(

Anyway, this afternoon I was wondering what to take pictures of.  Then I had an Aha moment, a brainwave even.  I'll take pictures of the plumbing bits and pieces.  I tried to be as artistic - I don't think the word artistic is the correct word but I'm going to use it anyway - as I could be.

So there you have it - a tale of woe and some plumbing pictures. I'll bet your really glad you read this blog. Lol.

We just installed a new potty last weekend--I wanted the taller one. It was not a smooth job...first one thing was broken and had to repair it and the kit that he used to repair it cause the job to be extra hard. On top of that our bathroom is tiny and no room to work. So I feel bad for you guys...

It is artistic! I love it :)
I hope it gets over quick though. Renovations can be a pain!

Well done. Take your photo opportunities where you can ... and it kept you out of mischief for a few minutes!! We have to get out bathroom done at some time so I hope ours goes smoothly. Fingers crossed.

Art is where you find it. :)
Careful on that do-it-yourself plumbing, though. My husband did a small repair on a flex-line in our bathroom, that then blew loose in the middle of the night and flooded the whole downstairs.

Not a pretty sight!

I'm so impressed that your husband would tackle bathroom renovations on his own. The least you could do is to document it for posterity...and your bloggy friends!!

I do hope you managed to get your toilet plumbed in, a bit late in the day to start plumbing it in mind...

Oh my...I know how you feel. My husband has so many 'honey dos' in the plumbing department. Sadly his forte is carpentry not plumbing. Thankfully we have a son who is skilled in the area..sadly he is very busy working and taking care of his own. We call him when our 'bath overfloweth'! Good luck! and always

Hugs~
