Autumn Colours

This was another picture I took on my muddy walk around the woods the other day. I'm a bit disappointed in our colours this autumn - I think we have had so much rain and wind that the leaves has just about given up.

I'm linking up with Live Every Moment

On another note - the concert last night (we went to see Seasick Steve) was bloomin' amazing.  Great entertainment. We were all jigging and toe tapping in our seats.  Soo good. Isn't it good when you have a really good night? Didn't get home till after midnight so quite tired this morning lol. I think I am getting to old for late nights. Aaargh I can't believe I said that lol.

What a lovely tree! Great capture.

I'm so glad you had a good time last night. :) You may be a little tired this morning but you are never too old to have a good time!

We're waiting for our fall foliage! None of our leaves have begun to change color yet.

Sounds like fun last night, but I'm always "dragging" after being out late. Glad it was a good time!

Beauty in nature is more than an affirmation of God...it is a reflection of God.
and it helps to have fun a make a joyful noise unto the Lord as well...
Hugs~
Our leaves have just started turning...I think we will have a decent fall with the leaves as it was a bit drier here in the south. You had similar weather to the North here in the states - it was very rainy so I don't think they are having the display of colorful leaves that they usually have this year either..they even had a pumpkin shortage! Still a very pretty photo!

Lovely Ellie - Just wait for our first frost - the colours will change dramatically then.

Loved the picture of that old tree. Reminds me of something we might see in "Narnia". :)

Your night out sounds fabulous! Good for you. We are never too old to have a good time...just sometimes a little too old to recover quickly. :)
Have a wonderful fall week. ...Marsha

Our colors just aren't as brilliant as I've seen it look before. I was thinking it has something to do with the rain/weather.

That is a fantastic looking tree! Beautiful!
I have enjoyed your two posts on the forest I love to be in the woods it makes me very happy. Your forest is much like ours right now.
You are never to old to stay up late and tap your feet to good music. B

What a great tree - wonderful! We don't have any great colours here either! I don't know what's the matter this year - a wet and cold summer and then no fall colours...
I can totally relate to late staying up late... ;-)
I enjoy your photos from your walks :) Your earlier macro of the dandelion matches your header :)
