Our Coatstand

Since we are re-decorating our hall, our coatstand has no coats on it.  I've remembered how nice it is.

We inherited it from Danny's mum and dad  and I love it.
It has some lovely features and I thought I would show it to you.

Please excuse the bad state of the walls, they have been plastered and are waiting to be painted next weekend. Yipeeee.

It has a bronze moulding of a ship.

I think it is quite similar to some of the Rennie MacIntosh pieces with its design features.

There you have it,  I hope you like it.

The coat stand is a thing of beauty - you're fortunate to have such a wonderful family heirloom. What color are the walls to be?

Wow, lucky you to inherit such a piece! It's a gem. My favorite captures are the last two - the abstracts that are all about light and form. Lovely!

Oh, coatstand♬♬♬
What a lovely thing you inherited. Your picture showed us what it is like very well. As it is really western, I got pretty fascinated with it, my friend♡♡♡
Thank you for sharing it with us.
Love and Lots of Hugs to you, xoxo Miyako*
