Mmmm Watermelon

Here we are, Friday again.  I'm not sure which is my favourite day Friday or Saturday.  Is it Friday because that is the last day of the working week or Saturday because it is all mine :)
Mmmm - I'll need to think about that one.

What do you think?

Anyway Friday is Green Day at raindropsanddaisys and I was wondering what I could shoot for it.

I was rummaging in my cupboard and fridge when I spotted a delicious watermelon, some green grapes and some strawberries.
 Perfect!!!
Green with a splash of red.

You see there is some method in my madness - now I can have a bit of each for my lunch!!!

You should think of popping over to Fiona's blog and see what other green goodness is there and maybe you will want to take part.

These are great, Ellie, and they make me feel wonderfully cool in the hot weather we are having.

For me, I like Fridays, quite simply because I know I have 2 free (kind of!) days ahead of me.

You have a wonderful weekend!

Yummy greens! Would love a bowlful of that fruit for my lunch. Perhaps I'll pop out to the grocery store later. You've made me hungry. My favorite day of the work week is Friday. It's always more laid back and everyone seems to be in a good mood. But, my favorite day of the entire week is Saturday. I don't have to worry about going to work the next day.
yum! especially the strawberries!

i like fridays...the start of the weekend...

Ellie, what a great idea to turn watermelon upside down! It creates a great curve in the background without taking all the attention! Love that photo! Thank you soooo much for linking up to Food Photography!
