Green Pastures

Well, I went for my walk yesterday.  I walked the long way round to get to my mum and dad's house.
It was quite a warm day - warmer than I was expecting!! I am so used to wearing a jacket when I go out and it is great not to have to for a wee change. I love the summer :))

I see this view every day as I drive by and I always think I must photograph it.  So that is just what I did yesterday.

I love how this old dead tree is lying in a lovely green field surrounded by lots of  beautiful big green trees and then the buttercups just adding the burst of yellow colour.

What have we been up today?
Well we got our new red carpet for the hall delivered and Dan is in the process of trying to put it down. It is such a big job - definately won't be finished today - hopefully by the end of next weekend it will be finished.
I can't wait to show you the pictures. :))

Dearest Ellie,
Even if it is a bit long way, it is wonderful to have your parents with in walking distance. And you always makes me wish to stroll with you, lol.
I loved the picture very much and yes, how does it end up being there, I wonder.

Love you always, xoxo Miyako*
I love that log too. I love nature just like you do. I can't wait to see the red carpet that is my favourite colour. B
